Professor Rod Peakall is an exceptional supervisor whose commitment to student outcomes and development is consistently demonstrated through his engaged and supportive approach. No matter how busy he is, Rod makes time to provide his students with constructive feedback, regular one-on-one support and active mentorship. 

He is also an excellent role model and advocate for work-life balance in an infamously un-balanced career path, modelling to students that productivity and high achievement doesn't have to come at the cost of family or other commitments when coupled with excellent planning and time management skills.
