Hannah Carle (PhD student, Meir group), was awarded second place for the Ecological Society of Australia student prize for Outstanding Spoken Presentation. Hannah's presentation was from the first chapter of her PhD, which is focused on using functional traits to predict the survival and growth outcomes of rainforest trees.
