Researchers at ANU have found frill-necked lizards have different coloured frills, depending on where they live and what they eat.
The colour of the frill on the lizards varies from red, orange, yellow and white.
Shujuan Zhang has been selected for the prestigious German Federal Ministry of Education and Research program 'Green Talents – International Forum for High Potentials in Sustainable Development' to promote the international exchange of ideas regarding green solutions.

“We have just begun to understand the importance of the remarkable speedy journey in which CO2 molecules move back and forth through the middle of the leaf,” said lead researcher Professor Susanne von Caemmerer.
The study investigated Western Australian populations of a rare orchid, and discovered that one population attracted a novel, common species of wasp pollinator in addition to a known rare wasp species.
