I actually found out I was at one point I was using three-quarters of the machine just for my own simulation

The ANU's super computer at the National Computational Infrastructure cost 50 million to build and 12 million a year to run. It can perform the same number of calculations in an hour that 7 billion people with calculators could perform in 20 years. And it can do art!
