Rodrigo Lab - Ecogenomics and bioinformatics

Our lab focuses on computational evolutionary biology, but we are quite an eclectic group. We really enjoy working on biological problems that benefit from a computational solution, particularly if that solution requires us to think about new ways of analyzing the data statistically.
