  • 2007 – We discover the receptor kinase BAK1 as a central regulator of plant immunity (Heese et al., 2007). This paper has been cited over 300 times.

  • 2006 – We show that Pto kinase resides in a constitutive molecular complex with the NB-LRR protein Prf (Mucyn et al., 2006).
