LabArchives ELN demonstration and set-up workshop

Description

LabArchives is a cloud-based electronic filing system for managing files and datasets, and is designed to protect data and comply with regulatory funding requirements.

It has a sizable uptake at ANU in JCSMR, BRF and RSB. Trials of the Classroom version at ANU are also underway.

Program:

1.00 - 2.00pm, Jan Anderson Room (Bldg 46 Lvl 1, to the left of the foyer entrance)
This session will give an overview of LabArchives, with usage examples and an emphasis on features to manage an upload data from the field.

2.00 - 3.00pm, Peripatus Room (Bldg 46 Lvl 2, above the cafe)
After the infomation session, participants are invited to join Paul in a Workshop on what to consider when setting up LabArchives, including set up for the Nicotra Lab, and how this lab might best manage data entry from the field.
