Jennie Mallela is a Superstar of STEM

Meet the Superstars of STEM, who are ready to tackle stereotypes and change the way Australians perceive those working in science and technology.

RSB Research Fellow Jennie Mallela has been selected to participate in the 2019/2020 Superstars of STEM program. Superstars of STEM is an initiative from Science & Technology Australia, that aims to increase the visibility of women in STEM and to challenge society's gender assumptions about science. During the two-year program, the participants will focus on professional development through as series of five workshops, and then in the second year will practice their  new skills through media and speaking opportunities in schools and on high profile stages.
